If your wish to send your item as a gift, we can simply add a personalized note inside.

Once your order is placed we are not able to change it due to the quick turnaround time in getting your order ready to ship to you.
Design Proofs are sent only to Custom Cake Topper orders. Designs proof options will be sent within 72 BUSINESS hours of purchase. Thank you for understanding! All generic toppers will reflect topper shown in image.

We paint all items on both sides.
We always recommend handling your product with care and by the stem!
Only handle the topper by its stem! Handling the topper by the wording will cause it to weaken the wood and possibly break.
Once your item leaves our shipping station we are no longer responsible for it. If we could hand deliver all of our orders - we would! We DO NOT REFUND for lost or delayed mail items. Thanks for understanding!
